The only good thing i would say is the knowledge we get. Be it about the destination and the in and out about the destination.

Too much partiality. They only promote people who run behind Managers. The honest work is not appreciated there. And there is no job security, they follow fire and hire culture and per month almost 30 people get fired just because they don't run unnecessarily behind Managers. And they make you do overtime for no reason and you don't even get paid for it

The most culture glaring issue was the blatant disregard for work-life balance. And there is no proper training. Too much politics and the team leaders have no idea how to handle the team no maturity and professionalism in terms of work. Nothing I liked about the company, they don't even know about company management. I'll clearly mention don't join Tripfactory which is located in kodigehalli gate near by RMZ latitude 4th floor, simply they are running that company, they don't no company policies and work culture, employe management. Every time they'll hire new candidates and with out preior information and with out following termination process they'll terminate candidates. In that company they'll do corporate politics between few people in FCD team .Chethan G.K sir only supports Candidates who are in favour of Diya Dechamma and gang .Chethan GK who is handling FCD team in that company, Priorly I had complained about it to Sir about the issue of People cheating in calls and Making arguments .But He didn't consider my issues ....He does very much partiality to FCD team and don't no proper employe management because of him some of the employees left that company.worklife balance is very poor at this company, people really forget that employees have their personal life .I have seen really there is so much politics in this company between Dileep and Chethan and FCD team .no proper appraisal and their incentive plan is really very bad, its been since a month i left the company .On the basis of Salary while Interview They said it's 21500 and we just got 16k change and even last month it's just received 13k change .but PF amount has been deucted, there is more politics in salary hike also, They doesn't even provide a phone for calls....we need to call from our phones and We need to call customer more thn freaking 3-4 times no matter what even if they are busy on riding a bike .Orelse Chethan and Diya will start taunting and torture so in a day 100 calls much be done or else Dileep who doesnt know anything thing whats going on in FCD team....He will not even care or listen to the employees . Over all Tripfactory is really worst experience I have as employee in that company. I kindly request the company management for firing her..They will take 100s of employees giving all the good reasons Please never believe and join and waste your time...Read More

worklife balance is very poor at this company, people really forget that employees have their personal life especially team managers like bhagya jyothi who mentally tortures the employee who work under her, really there is so much politics in this company, no proper appraisal and their incentive plan is really very bad, its been since a month i left the company but till now there is no salary credited for the previous months, and no reliving letter given no UAN number provided but PF amount has been deucted, there is more politics in salary hike also, when your working hours is 9 hours but managers like her ask us to work for 10-12 hours and not paid for overtime also, she uses some bad slang on employees if they dont deliver their booking for one day, as long as she works in the company thailand team won't get their employees in max numbers, over all really a worst experience as employee in that company. there are a lot of negative things about tripfactory but the only positive thing I feel is how much efforts the tl/ managers put to support the new joiners altho they get shit from the top management

They do not have incentives plans for the employees they keep such targes which cannot be achieved hence no incentives Even if you get incentives they will not roll out the same for 1-2 months altho it is 9 hrs shift you will work 10-12hrs some days in office No work from home Some days they will not even give leave and if you take emergency leave they will give lop They will make freshers sign 18 month contract and 6 months probation...Read More

Team Leader behaves ridiculous and management won't even consider employees needs and what they want to ..! Even the environment is not good, I suggest others to work with Thomas Cook, MMT or any other tourism company, Orn Vacations have 3 different names in the society, for B2C they address as Trip Factory, for B2B they address as Nexus Dmc and salary is been credited from Orn Vacations, even they don't provide Offer letter in PDF format even if we request or Mail regarding this to HR ..!
