Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for Lead Software Engineer located in Bengaluru. We are looking for engineers who like to code and build systems and are passionate about technology. It's not a managerial position.

Lead Feature and Product Development :

- Oversee the development of new features, experiments, technical projects, and complex systems to enhance our product capabilities.

- Architect, Mentor, and Drive Technology Choices : Act as a technical architect, providing mentorship and guidance while steering the team towards optimal technology and design choices.

- Evolve Architecture: Continuously evolve our system architecture, implementing improvements to enhance scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Collaborate Across Teams: Engage closely with software engineering, client, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust, integrated solutions.

- Champion Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to improve our products, codebase, and development processes, fostering an environment of innovation.

- Set Coding Standards: Write high-quality code and set an example, helping others to achieve and maintain best coding practices.

- Drive Technical Decisions: Lead technical decision-making across the organization, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and technical vision.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience building scale-able applications in Java.

- Should carry product development experience.

- Expertise in building end to end products (a bonus).

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science.

- Experience in working with Hibernate and PostgreSQL.

- Back-End Web Development expertise.

- Proficiency in algorithms and data structures.

- Hands on coding skills
