Lots to learn but poor management, toxic people and people working at other locations except Nashik do not get good opportunities.

Dislikes

- Management from Offshore side is bad - HR Policies - Leave Policies (No encashment ) - Toxic Work culture, Extreme Micromanagement - No Employee friendly - Poor Appraisal (They can literally hide good points and only argue about bad points) - Company yet to have that maturity level in terms of Professionalism as compared to other organizations. - No Leave Encashment Policy - People with Zero Knowledge and interested to learn are favoured more rather than experience employees. - No Interview policies.
