No work life balance Forcing to come to office Rules are to next level Punch in punch out are headache Fake commitment to employees People or BU heads from any BU interfere in any BU. Old employees of the organisation thinking like that they are the owners. If your project is completed and you didn't get a project in 15 -30 days you will be fired. BU heads hiring from outside but not taking the people from bench on project even the bench employees skills are matching. Many bad things can be said but limiting my words....Read More
