I got new opportunities but with very low level improvement.

Dislikes

No cultural activities, no empathy towards the employee, less responsible to reply on time but expect to be perfect. Overall experience is below average. Can't stay here for more than n year. No proper FNF procedure, they just come up with new policies to deduct as much amount as possible. No office environment or office ethics. HR is available to create rules and regulations only.

Work Details

Work policy: They creates new rules as per the requirements. If they want you to come to office, they will create a rule and call you to work from home.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

It's a worst company to work with. They don't give appraisal and make your work life balance hell. Would not recommend.
