I’m not part of the accounting team, sitting with them has allowed me to develop additional skills and foster a friendly environment with Austin Bhai and others, especially Niraj Sir and AKM Sir. I also miss the insightful stories (mostly that cat 🐈 one)😅of my manager, the Head of HR. He taught me so much about corporate life, sharing real-life examples from his experiences. Those lessons have truly shaped my understanding of the workplace. And for anyone looking to join the VSE family, they need to knock on the door of Shree Sir. Banda kadak hai, but dil ka achha hai. Dislikes

The approval process and vendor management and payment cycle are improving, albeit slowly. I remain hopeful that these challenges are resolved now. However, there are some people shifting their work onto others’ shoulders. This should be addressed and communicated to ensure fairness. And yes, saam ke nasta ko sahi karne ki zarurat hai! Baki sab theek hai
