Position- Manager/ Senior Manager- Accounts & Finance

Function- Accounts & Finance

Experience- 8-12 years

Qualification- B Com. Plus MBA/ ICWA/CMA (Costing experience in required)

Experience in Infrastructure, Construction Projects like Residential Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Metro Projects, and other infrastructure & EPC Projects.

Target Industry- Experience in Engineering construction industry/ EPC Projects industry/ Construction Project industry.

Job details-

• Provides assistance and support to Finance Head on implementation of Financial policies, procedures and implementation of project and financial accounting process.
• Accounting and preparation of regional financial statements on a monthly/quarterly basis
  Liaise with banks and auditors on an on-going basis
• Keep track of timelines and calendar for financial reporting and regulatory requirements along with helping to prepare the report.
• Manage the preparation of compliance and regulatory reports.
• Support business teams to provide the performance vs forecast and Profit Plan for margin analysis, material variance analysis and burden analysis on monthly / as require by the team and ensure the Gaps are identified early and action taken to prevent the same.
• Supervision of day-to-day accounting including project accounting and finalization of accounts including statutory compliances relating to GST, TDS, Income Tax etc.
• Responsible to reconcile balances and complete the Balance Sheet review related to material accounting on monthly basis.
• Develop proper system to calculate and record cost optimization data. Develop a system to report all exceptional transactions to Finance head / regional offices.
• Manage the preparation of financial planning, reporting, cash flow management and budgeting.
• Responsible for overall supervision and management of F/A department
• Ensure and drive for bank/vendor/supplier reconciliation on regular basis with proper planning.
• Ensure all statutory compliances (income tax/ GST)
• Coordinating with Internal and external auditors
• Reviewing day to day compliances- work with other department heads in the company to help improve business efficiency and performance.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the companys actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
