Job Description:
- We would require only candidates who are a qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) and Male candidates only.
- Manage and supervise accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting activities for the organization.
- Maintain and enhance banking relations, including fund management, budget forecasting, cash flow , P&L, balance sheet.
- Compliance and Statutory Dues, TDS,GST, oversee financial records and reports, assist in strategizing and decision making, supervise accounting staff.
- Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the financial stability of the organization.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, including the preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements and financial analysis.
- Adhering to ethical standards- Uphold high ethical standards in financial reporting and manage sensitive financial information.
- Balance sheet reconciliations, audit report (quarterly and fiscal year end audit), rectification of financial discrepancies. Coordinate with external auditors and manage financial audits.
- Approvals of Payments in discussion with CFO, maintain account balance report.
Collaboration with a cross-functional team - Collaborate with various departments and Management to work towards organization goals.
