Head - Accounts & Finance - CA (3-15 yrs)

Job Summary (Summary of the position) :

Job description Scope of responsibility :

- Ensure updated books of accounts, monthly closing and financial statements preparation, result analysis.

- Bank reconciliation, treasury management.

- Periodic ledger reconciliation and confirmation.

- MIS including financial results and forecast.

- Updating the MIS in global online platform.

- Payroll processing and disbursement of salaries and wages.

- Maintaining insurance portfolio.

- Documenting and periodic review of internal financial controls.

- Annual financial budget preparation, deviation analysis.

- Annual statutory audit under Companies Act and Income Tax Act. Audits and assessments by relevant tax authorities.

- Compliance with GST, Income Tax Act, Banking related regulations, Insurance and other license renewals. Timely payment of statutory dues including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PTax, MLWF etc. Timely submission of returns.

- Support migration from legacy accounting system to SAP B1 ERP

- Maintaining Fixed Asset register.

- Supporting costing function by providing timely inputs.

- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.

- Good interpersonal skills, proficiency in excel and power point presentation are necessary for this position.

- Compliance with statutory due dates for payment of taxes, fees, returns.

- Timely MIS reporting to local management and HQ.

- Dotted-line management of the subordinate other departmental teams

- Regional compliance with Adler Pelzer's financial reporting requirements.

- Maintaining easily retrievable documents, custodian of confidential and legal agreements, documents.

- Continuous improvement process for internal control, financial accounting activities.

- Leading and developing accounts and finance team.

Experience:

1. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in industry.

Educational Requirements:

1. Chartered Accountant

Location: Chakan. Pune office.
