Role & responsibilities

Strategic Development and Investment Planning

• Develop a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
• Suggest roadmap for value creation and maximisation at holding company level.
• Analyse potential investments opportunities and suggest Go - No Go to senior management.
• Analyse and evaluate financial viability and align investments with strategic goals.

Planning and controlling

• Perform variance analysis for businesses and adjust forecasts based on actual performance and market conditions in line with long term strategic goals
• Track financial performance and provide insightful reports to senior management to assist decision making

Stakeholder communication

• Communicate financial strategies and performance effectively to internal stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

1.⁠15+ years of experience in Finance Strategic Planning and Investment for the construction projects

2. Qualification should be any Graduate with CA / MBA

3.⁠ ⁠Impeccable organizational and communication skills
