Head Strategic Support

We are looking for Head Strategic Support

• Analyze, review and track business critical goals across the organization.
• Pre-empt reviews based on committed project timelines.
• Provide summary, notes and nudge on insights based on reviews.
• Manage information, and other communications, highlight and prioritize those that need CEO attention.
• Organize, and set agendas, action points for all his meetings.
• Function as follow-up Manager across the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed.
• Type up notes, emails, presentations, and reports; circulate and follow up information effectively.
• Follow up with Government Affairs, Corporate development and other business requests.
• Collaborate effectively with all staff, clients, and suppliers.
• Provide good relationship management with the client.
