Job Responsibility

1. Financial Management:
2. Financial Reporting: Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
3. Budgeting: Developing and managing budgets for various departments or projects within the organization.
4. Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
5. Accounting:
6. General Ledger Management: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date record-keeping of financial transactions in the general ledger.
7. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Supervising the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including vendor payments and customer collections.
8. Tax Compliance: Managing tax compliance and ensuring that the organization meets all tax obligations.
9. Financial Planning:
10. Strategic Planning: Participating in the development of financial strategies and long-term financial planning.
11. Risk Management: Identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
12. Financial Controls:
13. Internal Controls: Establishing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
14. Audit: Coordinating and participating in financial audits, both internal and external.
15. Treasury Management:
16. Cash Flow Management: Managing the organization's cash flow to ensure it has enough liquidity to meet its financial obligations.
17. Investment Management: Making decisions about where to invest surplus funds to generate returns.

19. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
20. Regulatory Reporting: Preparing and submitting required financial reports to regulatory authorities.
