Manager - Accounts & Finance (CA)

Roles & Responsibility:

• Responsible for Group Accounting & Financial Reporting.
• Manage end to end accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting,

Inventory Accounting

• Hard closure of Monthly & Quarterly financial statements
• Cost Reporting Project wise & its sub-sets
• Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Cash flow projection
• Weekly Sales MIS Dashboard with observations & suggestion
• Close coordination with Sales team for Billing projection & Collection status
• Implementation of Strong Internal control & processes
• Timely Statutory compliances GST, PF, PT, TDS, etc.,
• Annual Audit & Secretarial Compliance
• Fund raising & Liasioning with Banks/Lending Agencies
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Desired Candidate profile

• Proven working experience
• 3- 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Chartered Accountant
• Experience in creating Dash Board
• Experience in any CRM/PMS
• Motivating and inspiring. Also induce positive environment
