Application & Business Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support in Sales Process:

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and consulting to

prospective and existing customers.

• Assist in understanding customer requirements and translate them into actionable

solutions using company products.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to

highlight product features and benefits.

Product Customization & Applications:

• Work with R&D and product teams to modify products or develop tailored solutions

based on customer feedback.

• Create prototypes or proofs-of-concept to showcase product capabilities.

• Test and validate applications to ensure they meet customer specifications.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:

• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and gather detailed application

requirements.

• Provide post-sales support to ensure seamless integration and high customer

satisfaction.

• Serve as a key point of contact for addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues.

Market Intelligence & Feedback:

• Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve product design and

functionality.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.

• Provide insights and input for developing new product features based on customer

and industry needs.

Training & Documentation:

• Offer product training to customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Develop user guides, FAQs, and application notes to assist in product adoption.

• Support the creation of technical and marketing content to drive sales initiatives.
