Position- MEP- Mechanical (PHE & Fire Fighting)

Grade- Manager/ Senior Manager and Above

Qualification- BE Mechanical

Experience- 12-15 years in MEP Projects for Infrastructure, Industrial, Constructions Projects.

Should have worked for Diversified Projects in Construction Industry.

Job details

1. Review of PHE & FF proposal documents, tender working & design, BOQ and Cost estimation.
2. Well versed with relevant NBC/IS/BS/ IPC/ECBC/CPWD/NFPA standards for design.
3. Design & review of PHE & FF - DBR, Schematics, Water Demand work out & Risk level, UG /OH water tank capacity selection, metering & pumping, piping & pressure drop calculation, design of plant room & selection of pumps & drives, controlling scheme, earthing & cabling, Coordinated layout with detailed sections.
4. Design & review of PHE & FF systems external drawings, drainage piping & manholes network, WTP/STP/ETP, Solar heating etc of a large IT / Hospital / Commercial building.
5. Review & Preparation of PHE & FF system Schematics, Detailed GFC drawings, Bill of Quantities and take off sheets for quantities estimation.
6. Shall review PHE & Fire Fighting vendors shop drawings, technical specifications & products data sheets & submittals.
7. Site Execution experience along with working knowledge of Pipenet etc ready softwares will be added advantage.
