We at Vishwa Samudra Engineering are recruiting Senior Professionals for Project Management role at Mumbai office. Come join us and play a vital role in creating History by delivering a Best Projects in Infrastructure sector.

Position- Project Management

Department- (Project- Operations & Control)

Grade- AVP and Above

Qualification- BE Civil Plus PG Qualification Preferred.

Experience- 25 yrs of work experience

Location- Mumbai- Chembur- HO

Software- MSP, Primavera, ERP, SAP

Key Skills- Project Management, Project Control, Project Monitoring, Project Coordination, Vendor Management, Sub contractor Management, Techno commercial.

Job details-

1.To review/approval of Master Construction Programmes, Target Construction Programmes, Site Logistics plan, Manpower Histogram & Project S-Curves for new projects.

2.To prepare/review Tender-stage Schedules and Technical Submissions as and when required.

3.To provide support in preparation/review of Look Ahead Schedules, Countdown Schedules, Project Close-out reports and Demobilization Schedules to the RO / Project Planning Team.

4.To review weekly the Mobilization Checklists for all new projects from dates of award (with a view to complete mob within 30 days) and monitor till complete mobilization.

5.To Handle Operations and Cost Control of Projects at various locations.

6.Should have experience in handling Subcontractors and Vendors.

7. Will be involved in Operations Control, Project Control, Project Monitoring from Head Office (Chembur Office)

8. Should be managing multiple Project Operations and Coordination from Mumbai office.

9. Should have experience in Project Execution, Project Monitoring.

10. Should have worked for Building, High-Rise buildings, Commercial building Projects, Infrastructure Projects like, Metro, Highway, Bridges etc.
