The most unpolitical and non-partisan place to work. The founders, while being great businesspeople, have a very high regard for being reasonable, good human beings. Well the company culture is good,

Dislikes

It was said during the interview and introduction, it’s Hybrid working mode but U’ll not get it they would the say u need permission from manager who will not approve if u r not his favourite. Also the Holiday system is very bad there is no permanent holiday even on madontory public holidays , u’ll get 10 leaves within a year as special holidays and u need to take those on public holiday as approved by your RM.also they monitor your activity/productivity by TimeChamp....Read More
