The promoter has kept some unprofessional management who are his college friends and know nothing about consulting, can be called as "Munims", and he hides from dirty politics under their veil

Small Office No increments no Job Safety No brand name Poor quality of HR Management Management/Operations Team is a bunch of unprofessional trying to save their own job. Should never join even if they chase you. Job security has never been heard off here.

Job not secure, you can be fired any moment. No transportation facility even for night shift. No Cafeteria, Congested office space, HR has no say in employees benefit
