When comes to about likes I am sorry there is nothing such thing exists in this Organzation, My suggestion is that for freshers they feel it is good company but people who are coming from reputed companies please dont expect anything from this company.

Dislikes

Dislikes are in the given below list, 1) This is not a company its an consultant first of all, so once they are paid from clients then only they will credit your salary, so dont expect salary on time. 2)HR management is not at all supportive to the employees , they just act as per top management instructions. 3) They follow british rule, in simple there is nothing like email communications or such thing , they just call and directly ask you to work, without proper communication no one will work. 4) Top management ( AVP and VP) doesnt take any responsibilities and Senior Maanagers do not have proper communication skills, and they want them to be called as sir and Madam, so no Corporate Culture existing in this organization. 5) Try to avoid this company if possible as they dont stick to there promises, employees are just a working tools to them. 6) Finally there Interview panel is just useless, they take every round and once you select they simply say there is budget issue so we cannot afford you....Read More
