There is nothing to be likable in this organisation. You dont know when you will get your salary. you dont know whether next month you will be get a job or will sit idle at home on LWP forcefully by the organisation.

Dislikes

1. HR team is the worst in the organisation they are the main culprit for the bad environment. they always tell you about the policies which are not in a documented form it arises according to the situation. 2. Seniors are only concerned with work they will not give you any learning about the assignment. 3. You will not praised for the good work but will scolded badly by the seniors if you done any nominal mistake.

... experienced over here. Growth opportunities are good and you can count on them. They pay well for all job roles and the company policies are decent.

Nothing to be apricated. Its a BPO calling company

...nter company, dont know why they call themself as accounting & audit consultant. Your salary will be deducted even if you are in hospital. 12-14 hours work. Project wise job, if an project is over you are terminated without any notice. they even dont allow to serve you the notice period. If you are looking for BPO jobs then join. Company is filled with Article & trainee no growth at all.
