I worked in many banks. And I recommend friends to those banks. But I never ever recommend to join UTKARSH SMF KOCHI BRANCH. UTKARSH SFB KOCHI BRANCH WILL SPOIL YOUR CAREER. Because in kochi Branch they recruiting employees by GIVING FALSE/ FAKE RESPONSIBILITIES. At the time of interview they said that •"70% leads will give from thebank and you have to collect documents only", • I Have experience in Operations Department, And I asked for operations but they tell that "For the first six month you have to work in sales then from the seventh month, will promoted to Ops". • "Document Collection will be the main work" • "Traveling Allowance Will Provide" • "Can take Zero balance account ALOT" Those mentioned are the main FALSE matters they said before joining. After joining realised the Reality. After joining they said that • Only 3 zero balance UPI account is allowed. • Traveling Allowance Is Not Possible • And leads should be collected self. • Can't change role to Ops with in 6 Month. • I only get 4 leads from bank in 6 month. THE MAIN THING WAS, MOST OF THE LEAD IS GONE TO ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE, AND THAT EMPLOYEE IS STILL WORKING THEIR AND CAN CONTINUE TO WORK. IN THIS SEVEN MONTH 10 EMPLOYEES WERE RESIGNED DUE TO THIS BRANCH CULTURE. And at last tell that they will put us in PIP. Then we resigned.
