I really like the work culture and the way Bank imparts working knowledge on an employee to get the desired results and at the same time, the employee is in a position to deliver the goods very confidently across the counters

As I have worked only less than 2 years in union bank. Our bank andhra bank merger with union bank of india.good promotion policy.if one has ability he can become Agm with in 12 years from scale 1 officer. Where As in andhra bank no promotion until 15 years.

Dislikes

Every thing is centralised.The Clarance to be received from head office.Mumbai.where as Previously it can be ratified by zonal office. The lending powers is vested with zonal office through loan processing centre. Manager is not having discretionary power. Agriculture loans discretionary power without mortgage is only 1.60 lakhs where as in andhra bank is 3.0 lakhs.
