Bank always adopted new technologies during my 37 years of service Banking changed from manual to software services. I have got opportunity to work in different departments and also different places in the country. I have always achieved the set targets in mobilization of deposits, advances, and reduction of NPA (non performing assets) and profit.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. I used to work from 5.00 a m to 9.00 P M. I used to go for business development and for recovery from 5.00 A. M. I have trained many clerks and probationary officers as posted to branches with out proper training.

Work Details

My work is challenging as I have to look after day to day work in the branch and also I have go out side for mobilization of deposits and recovery of over due loans and advances.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
