I see this opportunity as way to contribute an exciting/forward -thinking/fast -moving company /industry, and feel I can do by with my., " I feel my skills are particularly well- suited to the position because.. I believe I have the type of knowledge to succeed in the role and at the company. ..

Dislikes

Dislike the authoritive leadership they have in place. Look I have many good ideas . And I tired to move them forward, trying to help the company.. But from my position I'm not allowed to suggest any improvement. I'm supposed to follow the order to my superior , and that 's it....
