Nothing except the company can be easily fooled by a smart employee, as the managers are dumb enough to never review & evaluate

Its working pattern is not like a corporate organisation but like a road side Kirana store. No hierarchy, No work boundaries. Even a manager is may be some day asked to mop Floor if Sweeper is absent. High rate of employee absconding. Company policy strictly for only benefit of company. There is no dedicated HR for Employee help. Salaries are never on time. No review of Work, No track of any records. Very rude Management, specially the Office Admin Lady. Work Details

They have not taken a medical insurance for staffs, but in payslip amount is mentioned, another fooling employee strategy which is against the law as well
