Initially the team was great, friendly, inspiring work used to happen, you will get good salary if you can negotiate while getting interviewed.

Dislikes

Sudden change in management and HR policy frequently. Groupism and office politics. Discrimination. Not valuing employees. There is no perks except your salary. Nothing is celebrated in office plus your listed holiday can get cancelled anytime. Management and seniors are on power trip so they don't care for you.
