I like flexibility in timing and very friendly collegeous.

Job security - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Don't like company work timings, management and HR department. They are very slow in every perspective. Don't like on-boarding process and local employees use mostly local language even in meetings. They don't have clear communication.
