If you are willing to work day and night, this is heaven for you.

Dislikes

TAMS generally prefer freshers or low-experience candidates, as they keep a low hiring budget. They don't have any senior consultants in the office. They do take external freelancing support for projects. They mostly hire you on a 2 to 3 years contract. Once you accept the contract, you cannot leave the company in between for any condition. In case if you want to leave within the contract period, they have a policy you need to pay 1 lac rupees + 3 months of the notice period or else you won't get your certificates and documents back. If you have good knowledge, they won't let you leave easily even after the contact is over. They will even butter you if needed. If you lack knowledge or are unable to deliver, they will throw you out any day, no mercy. They will make you work 10 - 12 hrs a day, but you cannot fill timesheet for more than 8 hrs, as that becomes legal evidence....Read More

Entire company strength is 15 people.

Dislikes

5 days work from office. Full of micro management and strictness, you will feel like you are in school.They don't let you breathe. You will end up working from office and home without extra pay. Incase if you are looking for job change, you won't be able to appear for interviews due to lack of time. 3 month notice period is not enatained for micro companies.
