Don't call Company , No policies, No ethics & standards, No security for Job, No holiday list, expecting work on week off/Sundays & Festivals' they don't know how to treat employees, expecting work @ zero cost salaries,

Salaries issues, delay salaries, Always every month searching reasons for salary deductions', paying salaries basis on %, no fixed salaries, no proper fans, Air ventilation, un wanted meetings, opportunistic, no career growth, work environment, there is no minimum freedom to eat self lunch box in lunch time, condition don't speak with colleagues minimum. worst, don't have freedom even in work.
