They follow no work ethics, some brainless and dumb people are working in top management who has no idea about how to lead and give direction to the organisation.. They hire very senior people with high salary and fire people within 2-3 months not giving salary and FNF to them. There in no HR policy and the head HR herself has no idea about people management. The so called CGO has no idea about leadership and has an amazing quality of poking you around WhatsApp group which you will find funny and irritating sometime. Mostly these people are fraudstars who hires you for couple of months, sucks your blood and fire you anytime because of nothing. All good reviews are given by their own employees forcefully..
