The honest and constant feedback from my superiors, without them trying to put me down, motivated me to push my own limits and bring out the best in me. The company values the connections and interactions among the team members, which helped me improve my networking skills and also see problems from various perspectives. And with all of this, I get to experience a perfect professional and personal life balance and access user-friendly coworking software platforms, which help me stay better updated about the working space.
