Had the worst experience with the company, Maybe the most toxic culture. They have a shift of 9 hours just on papers, You're forced to stay for more than 12-12 hours still you can't meet their expectations. Even after working for 12-14 hours they'll ask you. Only 12 hours??? Why you left so early... Working enviornment is soo much toxic that you can't even take your Sunday off. Even after working on Sundays you'll be asked to forget about the compensation-off. Salaries?? They can pay lakhs if you're through reference & if you're there by your own dude....Even a 25K salary is a big achievement for you here. They'll force you to follow processes which doesn't make any sense. Even after working soo far you'll get to listen a lottt just like teachers used to scold students.
