I like the cause for which they are working and that's why I joined the company. But let's see the truth in dislike section.

Dislikes

They don't care about their employees at all: 1. Salary is shockingly low compared to the workload an innovation Engineer faces in a school which has been assigned to them. 2. Its not like they can't pay a respectable salary according to current market standard because they take a hefty amount from school just for engineer's servicesay something between 70-80 k but they pay you in the range of 16-20 k. Now let's talk about the appraisal, at the time of hiring they will say you that after 3 months of training they will increase your salary but when you will ask after 3 months they will say do you have any proof in written that we said so! I was said that we only do increment after 1 year and that too in very rare scenario, I mean look at the audacity. 4.
