Largest Bank, working with staff is a good experience, co- operation from higher authorities, Pension facility, No. of branches, we can get posting at our choice in many a times, availability of un limited medical facilites. Good salary and perks, leased accommodation paid by the Bank

As an officer, there is no restricted timings, new assignments will be given without any training. Branch Manager himself has to do multiple type of tasks eg. as Field officer, Accountant, deposit mobilisation and go for recovery and field inspection and has to attend to Customers and Auditors at the same time. Some time as a BranchManager we have to work from 9.00 a.m to 10 p.m also depends on the work load. At any cost we canmot leave before 8 p.m. Compared to soft ware employees lesser salary, no 5 days week, multiple tasks by one person even we have to open / close the office shutters ( because we have to go early and come late and we have to handle the branch keys as an BM cum Accountant cum F.O. Apart from this we have to sell Insurance Policies both Life and General. With all multiple tasks we have to reach the targets in Deposits, Advances and cross selling Ins etc. without any assistance from any of the Clerical staff....Read More
