-Top Management doesn't have a clear direction - No proper Planning in terms of Man power ( Continuous hiring & Continuous Layoff) - this company is in the Market since long back but even there is no clear work procedure is defined - Promotions are given like chocolates ( No proper eligibility will he checked) - Quality departmentis just existing it has no control over the production ( it is there just to share the graphs and numbers) - RCCA is a comedy ( just excel sheets are filled) - Training ( it has So- Academy) i don't understand the concept of this training academy 1. They will take money to train you 2. After training they will give you job . In this case company has to bare the training cost right. Why a fresher has to pay for training? End of the day he has to work for your organisation. - many top management ppl's are hired and they are just sitting bcz they don't have work. So overall Sonivision = SO-NO-VISION...Read More
