What I like is absolutely nothing.

I was working in a flipkart process, first thing they absolutely do not value their employees they treat them like heard of sheep, just for saying 8 hours shift is there but every day there is useless training form useless trainers ( they do have 1-2 good trainers) rest all are useless and training time does not get counted in your shift which means every day agents have to work for 12 hours for 12k every days there is meeting and feedback session that time too does not get counted. their feedback session are very brutal auditor who gives feedback their only purpose is to humiliate agents, may be auditor get sadistic pleasure in humiliating poor agents they do not believes in constrictive feedback. Absolutely job security is not there if your score is down in any month they will drop you like hot potato. If you have any tech problem and you join tech meet in a tech department they have one guy who first humiliate you its there ritual first humiliation and then tech department will hear your problem and they do not have spine to take any action against that guy. Nothing ,it's being more than 1 month and they guys are still not giving any job surety, they keep on using people by 9 to 10 hrs working still the login hrs not given correct , rules r only for company benefit we r login for full day if calls r not coming low call flow this is not our fault. But still the day will mark absent. After that refresher meet auditor feedback every thing is done till 10pm we r on meet with whole day work. If we r giving our 100% than also qt the end of the day ,due to 1 or 2 day mark absent due to low call flow we r thrown to extended training and the incentive part criteria as discussed was we hav to cracking all levels in 1 time ghis all is bull shit .than we hav told that u hav not appeared on Tim. And that also if u r eligible after 1 month training +1month joining than stipen amount is given usme bhi absent laga denge this is untolarable.after all this torture they are not giving the confirmation after spending full month of hardwork this is not q job this is torture....Read More
