The process they have is good if someone wants to work in international sales domain, but their is lot of partiallity, as people who like buttering their managers But are praised more and those who just want to perform and work hard without buttering their managers are not respected at the company

Dislikes

Lack of transperency in work, they would praise anyone who gets a sale regularly but if you missed your target even for just one month they give you a PIP which is a warning letter to remove you after 30 days, they say you will get leaves but they never approve it ultimately deducting for the leaves even when you save your sick leaves and privileged leaves for speciall occasions and festivals. You dont get leaves and on national or even international holidays they will ask you to come and work....Read More
