I have learned new skills at Silvergrey technologies, and my colleagues are always helpful. The company owner, Nikhil Bajaj, is truly a great boss who assist employees with technical queries and supports them in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Overall, my experience with the company has been positive.

Gaurav dalal is abusive on employees and he keeps his disgusted eyes on every girl at office. There will be new stupid policies every month, so they can control there employees and cut their salaries for stupid reasons. There are multiple other reasons too, Management is pathetic, HR don't listen to you. Unnecessarily salary cuts, Salary will be credited after half month gone They don't like if you help your colleague or vice versa you have to work on even sunday or when you are on leave.
