I've endured 8 months at Silver Grey, and it's a total mess. The rules change randomly, and HR doesn't give a hoot about you. They can fire you on the spot. They hire too many people for the same job and then randomly fire some. The HR sells this place as a cozy home, but it's more like a nightmare factory.
