1.Work culture : The overall work culture has become increasingly toxic , making it difficult for employees to stay motivated and feel appreciated , owners and finance person are manipulative and kanjoos. 2.Treating employees : The management is not valuing hardworking employees appropriately, Instead of providing fair compensation and salary hikes to billable employees working for clients, they gave to the bench employees, Additionally HR is unresponsive and often makes false promises. 3. Salary and Appraisal issues : There have been recurring delays and issues with salary payments , Significant delays in appraisals and variable pay processing. 4. F&F and Exit policies : They attempt to spoil the career of both freshers and senior employees by creating difficulties during the exit process, including the issues with background verification and withholding the relieving letter. I would like to share feedback regarding the current work environment in sigmasoft: 1. Leadership & management: The behaviour of both the owner & the manager has created a toxic atmosphere that is affecting the morale and productivity of the team. 2. Compensation: There have been delays and issues with salary payments, which have caused significant distress amng employees. 3. Work Culture: The overall work culture is increasingly toxic, making it challenging for employees to feel motivated and valued. 4. Employee Treatment: Recently, the company hired freshers from bharti vidyapeeth, promising career opportunities. However, many of these employees have been let go, putting their careers at risk. Moreover, the terminated employees have not received their full and final settlements, nor have they been provided with relieving or exit letters....Read More
