1.NO Pros 2.If you resigned forget your F&F settlement. 3.Getting baseless reason when asking for my F&F amount, 2 lakhs rupees 4.Complete fraud organization they know all the ways to cheat employees once resigned . After this review you will even find comments on my name with allegations like I used to take drugs doing this doing that they terminated but I have a proper proof of the resignation email . They can be go till that cheap level .Even the person who comment you will never find the connection of the person with this organization in LinkedIn or anywhere . A simple fraud org. with cheap mentality fraud people Reach out to me if required seven 00 eight two 71 seven seven zero

...ng every possible details in Linkedin i.e Owner/CEO/CTO of the organization. 3.Its being more than 1 year I had resigned still struggling hard to get my salary even after resignation. Leave it let these beggars enjoy the salary amount since they know they can't earn by themselves . 4.Once you are not billable you are nothing for that organization after resignation you will never get your F&F amount. Lucky if you abscond on getting a better opportunity 5.Never ever trust in their words or go blindly there real face comes after you resigned. 6.Last but not the least best suggestion Get a better offer take the salary and abscond

...ch employees, Additionally HR is unresponsive and often makes false promises. 3. Salary and Appraisal issues : There have been recurring delays and issues with salary payments , Significant delays in appraisals and variable pay processing. 4. F&F and Exit policies : They attempt to spoil the career of both freshers and senior employees by creating difficulties during the exit process, including the issues with background verification and withholding the relieving letter. Final Settlement are not processed properly, though eventually, you may receive the F&F.

-no projects -massive amount of politics -no basic perks like paid leaves or even coffee -arbitrary salary cuts and mandatory leaves without pay -worst HR department

they will give you anything , no matter what you experienced for . If you are Orcale they will give you Microsoft .Net, if you are DB candidate they will give you front end development etc. Reason behind literacy of the folks in higher management is below then POOR. So feel enthusiastic before joining the Crazy opportunity given by SSITians .
