Nothing I liked to be here. Totally feeling like a worker.

Dislikes

Work life balance is nothing here. No work from home even in worst condition you won’t get. Washrooms are very unhygienic, in one floor having washrooms smell like public toilet. washroom sometimes run out of water. Device dependency, they treat the engineers like a worker. No value for engineers. You managers and team Lead will have all the fun no time limits, wfh any thing can say. But you don’t have because you are in jail. Don’t follow the policy of Capgemini.
