You will get a good work-life balance at the Kharagpur plant of Ramsarup Industries Ltd. which is under the Shyam Group(not Shyam Steel). Supportive team-members. Good number of Holidays

Dislikes

Extremely bad promotions and increments at this Kharagpur plant. Worst HR department. Higher Management is not capable enough specially the persons responsible for Kharagpur plant not other plants. Hr dept tries to negotiate salary during interviews in spite of having descent budget. If you want to work with extremely low increments then this is the company for you . The other plants of Shyam Metalics are far better in terms of increments....Read More
