There's nothing to like about this company. However, i have great coworkers who helped me to survive in this company. They are the only good thing about this company.

Micro managing No flexibility Discriminate among employees They dont have time to listen to your problem.. they'll just come arrnage meetings and delivers their thoughts. They have nothing to do with your thoughts. Boguss weekly meeting There's no senior management in most of the site. Here u have to be the associate, manager, housekeeping staff, delivery person, clerk, coordinator everything. U cant even take ur own leaves according to ur schedule. U hv to work extra sat just to take ur own leaves U want it or not but u have to eat and share lunch with everyone. Worst ever company to work. I'll suggest not to join this company...Read More
