There's nothing to like about this company. However, i have great coworkers who helped me to survive in this company. They are the only good thing about this company.

Micro managing No flexibility Discriminate among employees They dont have time to listen to your problem.. they'll just come arrnage meetings and delivers their thoughts. They have nothing to do with your thoughts. Boguss weekly meeting There's no senior management in most of the site. Here u have to be the associate, manager, housekeeping staff, delivery person, clerk, coordinator everything. U cant even take ur own leaves according to ur schedule. U hv to work extra sat just to take ur own leaves U want it or not but u have to eat and share lunch with everyone. Worst ever company to work. I'll suggest not to join this company

Your own ideas can be used in your work location. No one will come and question you why u didn't follow the rules. They give freedom to the workers. They treat the workers equally

A very good company but since the head office and the work location is vary each and every time u need to update your problems. Since they cant find what issue is running here. You will be the employee, hr, helper, and the boss too sometimes. . . and regional holidays we wont got. . . since its a Hyderabad base company. . . what ever work u have done though u achieved a big work here until unless u update them they dont know. . . for appreciation sake also u should say to them they will appreciate you. . . I worked in this company for 1 year only once my boss visited my location
