- Toxic work culture with PATHETIC work environment - Admin team have been unduly over Empowered by the management due to which they behave like Goons - Management doesn't take any action whatever times employees lodge complaints against the admin staffs - The office is none less than a garbage box with foul smell everywhere - Pantry is like a smelly conjusted box room with cockroaches crawling everywhere - If anyone raise any complain against the admin then these Goons find someway or the other to take revenge for no reason - The admin will unnecessarily interfere in each and every thing to ensure the employees leave the Company - They don't leave any stones unturned to Harass and Torture the employees - This place possess everything to be declared the worst place to work - There is no planning of anything because of which employees suffer - There is no Trust on the employees, management only Trusts the Admin & HR team - HR makes all the False and Fake promises at the time of hiring knowing very well that none of those are going to be fulfilled ever - The Co. make work on a traditional old fashion desktops with the slowest processor, only top management are given laptop - The Co. have all the kind of Weird and anti-employee polices to ensure that employees doesn't stay for long - The Management is not receptive of any feedback from any of the employees, they are happy in the way they are operating and doesn't want to improve I doesn't think there can be any worse place to work than this Toxic place. . .Good Luck to the Management 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻...Read More
