Mynd didn't have much good things there manager pathetic every month there is hiring in this company and upper management people are very egoistic and only favour people who butter them a lot you will get some time to survive under there shoes. If you got a good manager you will some how survive for 6 to 7 months. But if you get a toxic ex working manager then your mental health and happiness and personal life is going to hamper a lot Only thing in gurgaon office is good cafeteria and office is also good looking but the people inside are every dark and cold....Read More
It's a pathetic company they say they provide on the job training but in reality mynd's culture is very toxic. Let me share my story I joined Mynd Integrated Solution as Managment Trainee in Sep'24 in International Payroll Team. I have signed a job agreement with Mynd for 6 months training period. But within one month after my joining I didn't get any training and support from any teammate. My Reporting Manager has 15+ years of work experience in the Industry and has designation of Deputy General Manager. They also switched to Mynd Integrated 6 months. He have a good attitude and knowledge in payroll and there approach to the team is very positive and caring but the HOD Ibu was very toxic and egoistic and if you try to speak against your vaild points the HOD's little ego hurt's first. After my joining in within 1 month my manager got fired with any reason from the team because the HOD ego got hurt and he assigned a already working Assistant Manager who has already 5 years experience in Mynd Integrated to the team. Guys I want to tell you the already working people of this company are very toxic and politics players they only consider one's who butter them 24/7 otherwise the new manager some how tries to put you in a PIP tries to fire you from there team because you didn't match there attitude and ego. My New Manager did same thing after my previous manager got fired from the team. She played a loop of politics from upper management level to lower level team interaction meetings and they is no transparency in the teammates feedbacks and your political minded manager tries to find small mistakes and reason to blame it on your and convince you that you are not a good fit to team Same happened with me in October month this my new reporting manager has conducted few secret meetings with teammates to take feedbacks and also these teammate are working from so long that they already have prior connection with this new manager very well. Without any talk with me the manager directly reported my feedback to HR and HR has only allowed me 7 days PIP to improve my performance. I was shocked to see what type of pathetic behaviour they are doing with me as a fresher they didn't allowed me time of 1 month to establish myself. Even my new manager said me that we didn't know how you where hired under the previous manager but we in search of experience candidate. I mean if you have this requirement already in the team why you have hired me 1 month ago and now trying to convince me to give resignation or they will issue a termination mail....Read More
