i am happy to work in this organisation because by my execution of work and after completing project so many villages are supplied drinking water by my work i am satisfied at that point other than that all other thinks like salary,job security and supperiors culture is not good.

Telangana Rural Water Supply Dept is State Engineering service in Telangana Govt , Itis state Govt Service not private company , Total project is completed now in O&M so there is no much thing to learn stil so I want to move from Govt service to Private sector

Dislikes

Guideline finalisation and decision from higher officials generally takes very long time some time decisions keep on pending
