The initial onboarding process and learning curve were somewhat challenging, as there are multiple processes and systems to understand. However with the time and support , I became more comfortable navigating the workflow.

I have been working with ROYS FINANCE for the more than 8 years. The best thing about working in this company is that even in marketing job role, there is no target pressure. Only focus on following the company's system and process. Even, they teach you your work step by step. Salary is always on time. I am very happy with the salary increment I got year on year. The work environment is very nice and all team members are like family. The management of this company is friendly and helpful.
