... an employee here, beacause the employer here is very cooperative in all matter. As an employee, I never had to think about salary for so many years, it always come on time without any problem with good increment and incentives every year. And about other facilities, I also didn't need to say anything because the company process is so good that every thing work smoothly. From my personal opinion of working here for so many years, this company gives the best opportunity to build a career.

The initial onboarding process and learning curve were somewhat challenging, as there are multiple processes and systems to understand. However with the time and support , I became more comfortable navigating the workflow.

...g the company's system and process. Even, they teach you your work step by step. Salary is always on time. I am very happy with the salary increment I got year on year. The work environment is very nice and all team members are like family. The management of this company is friendly and helpful. At last, I will say, by working in this company, I have been able to fulfill so many of my direms and I will grow more and fulfill more in future.

Company management cares for the employees and always tries to improve their work experience Salary always on time and good bonus every 6 months Excellent work culture and very helpful team members. Always I get help from team I got good increment without even asking the management even once

Timely salary, Family like environment, Half yearly appraisals, Giving opportunities to learn something new, Excellent work life balance, Management never questions about the output they only told the staffs to focus on their input.

Sometimes management crossed the line of professionalism and said something which should not be said in a work environment.
