The initial onboarding process and learning curve were somewhat challenging, as there are multiple processes and systems to understand. However with the time and support , I became more comfortable navigating the workflow.

Timely salary, Family like environment, Half yearly appraisals, Giving opportunities to learn something new, Excellent work life balance, Management never questions about the output they only told the staffs to focus on their input.

Dislikes

Sometimes management crossed the line of professionalism and said something which should not be said in a work environment.

I enjoy working at ROYS FINANCE. I easily got adapted on the environment and people here are very helpful and supportive. I like the friendly environment offered by the company and there is also wide scope for learning and growth.

Nothing bad, everything is good. You people should join for good growth.

No business target pressure here. They told during interview but it was hard to believe. And its I have seen no pressure or any targets at all. But You need to follow the company processes always.

Sometimes had to visit clients far away which was hectic. But thats has been changed now
